1. Please can you provide details of any Outstanding Statutory Notices relating to the above property in relation to the following:
a) building works
b) environment
c) health and safety
d) housing
e) highways
f) public health
Information can be completed via our Land Charges team who complete EIR portions related to these areas. These questions on the CON29 under EIR are a chargeable service and payment can be made to Land Charges when requesting the information.
