By adaptions / specific requirements I am talking about wheel chair access, wet rooms, down stairs bedroom, one ground housing such as bungalows, flats or any structural changes to a property that need to be made before an applicant can move in etc
1. How many people are on band 1 housing waiting list currently waiting for a 3 bedroom property?
2. How many people in band 1 are waiting for a 3 bedroom property without any adaptions/ specific requirements as explained above?
3. How many people are in each category in band 1 waiting for a 3 bedroom house with out adaption or special requirement I.e Social , Medical , homelessness etc?
