Planning Application Enforcement Procedure and Policy

1. Please can you provide a copy of your Planning Enforcement Procedure and Policy.
For the avoidance of doubt this should include enforcement of a Planning Application Breach (including conditions of application approval) and the timeline for issuance of Enforcement Notices.

2. In addition please include the policy documents and policy time lines. For example the time taken from when WBC were notified of breach to the time when WBC take action and issue an enforcement notice and then lastly how long it takes WBC to initiate legal action.
The priorities and time targets are set out in the policy document
3. Lastly please include the policy for repeat offenders of Planning Application/Order Breaches and how WBC ensure offenders do not repeat offences.
