Thank you for your response to my recent request, FOI request ref no:22229 which asked:-
( 1. Please could you provide details of the timescales (or average timescale) taken to deal with carers assessments, if possible from date of interview up to conclusion. Please could these be broken down into 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 to date.)
1. Please could you confirm the source used to collate the information you provided. Was it from the start and finish dates on the carers assessment form or is there another manner in which this information is recorded?
Source = Mosaic, start date = start date on form, completed date = date all sign offs were completed (workflow completed date).
