Please provide me with the following recorded information regarding any proposed changes or redesigns of the roundabout at the junction of Crockhamwell Road and Nightingale Road in Woodley:
1. Design Plans: All schematic drawings, layout designs, and engineering specifications for the proposed changes (including any plans to convert the layout to a T-junction or alter existing geometry).
2. Safety Assessments: Copies of any Road Safety Audits (Stage 1 or preliminary), collision history data for this specific junction over the last 5 years, and any traffic impact or risk assessments carried out regarding the scheme.
