Please provide the following:
1. Who, if anyone from Wokingham Borough Council been involved in discussions regarding the future naming of the site development, or the roadway leading into the site, currently being redeveloped on the land formerly known as Shire Hall (at RG2 9FW)? Please provide their contact details.
2. Has a name been proposed or agreed for the new site, or for the roadway leading to the new site?
3. If the answer is yes to Q2, please confirm the names proposed/agreed and advise what is the formal process for raising an objection.
4. If the answer at is no to Q2, please confirm the process for requesting that specific names are not to be used.
5. Please provide the e-mail address of the team at Wokingham Borough Council with whom a direct conversation can be progressed.
