1. I would be grateful if you could provide equivalent workforce equality monitoring information for the Public Health service (or, if this is not available, the smallest organisational unit responsible for the Public Health Practitioner (Analyst) post within the Adult Social Care, Children's and Health Directorate).
Please provide the same categories of information, where held, as those contained within the published Workforce Equalities Monitoring Report, including the most recent reporting year and, where available, the equivalent data for previous reporting years to enable comparison.
If the information is not routinely collated at Public Health service level, please provide the closest available departmental or service-level workforce equality monitoring data together with an explanation of the organisational level at which the data is held.
Where disclosure of small numbers would identify individuals, I am content for the information to be anonymised, aggregated or redacted as necessary.
