Significant use declarations

Please kindly provide to me records of any declarations either made, or contemplated, under section 255 of the Housing Act 2004 (HMO Declarations where sole use is uncertain but significant use is clear), including details of the property and its present use at the relevant time, grounds for (or circumstances of) the doubt or uncertainty as to the non-satisfaction of the sole use condition and rationale for contemplating, making, or not making the declaration.
If you are not a local housing authority of an area in which the powers under section 255 have effect, then please kindly disregard this message and do not treat it as a request for information and do not process it as in accordance with the 2000 FOIA
1. The total number of such declarations made, or contemplated, since commencement of the Housing Act 2004 or relevant provisions thereof, and
2. Full details, as requested above, of the 3 most recent such declarations on record.
However, if your response is simply to say that no recorded information was found in response to my search, then please do not send anything to the above mentioned email address.
