I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the traffic modelling, technical design, and safety assessments conducted for the Woodley to Reading Active Travel Route, specifically concerning the following junctions
Woodlands Avenue junction with Fairwater Drive
Woodlands Avenue junction with Howth Drive
Woodlands Avenue junction with Lytham Road
Woodlands Avenue between Lytham Road junction and Crockhamwell Road

This should include (but not be limited to)
1. Traffic Volume and Displaced Flow Data
* Baseline traffic counts, Passenger Car Unit (PCU) data, or Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) recorded during the scheme's scoping phase.
* Any active traffic monitoring or flow data collected for these junctions

2. Independent Road Safety Audits (RSA)
* Copies of the independent Road Safety Audit (RSA) Stage 1 and Stage 2 reports compiled for this scheme.
* The formal "Designer’s Response" or council mitigation log detailing how any safety issues raised by the auditors regarding the Howth Drive junction were addressed.

3. Junction Design and Vehicle Tracking Assessments
* The Swept Path Analysis (Autoturn) diagrams or modelling results for the redesigned junctions, specifically demonstrating how large vehicles (such as articulated lorries and buses) safely navigate the turns

4. Active Travel England (ATE) Assessment Tools
* The final Cycling Level of Service (CLoS) score sheets and Junction Assessment Tool (JAT) outputs compiled for the junctions as required for Active Travel England funding compliance.

5. Any communication between Active Travel England and Wokingham Borough council regarding design decisions of this part of the route (Kingfisher Drive to Crockhamwell Road)
