Ashenbury Park

I am making a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (and, where applicable, the Freedom of Information Act 2000) for all recorded information held by Wokingham Borough Council relating to Ashenbury Park, Woodley, and any proposals for its future use or redevelopment. Please provide copies of, or access to, the following information:
1. All documents relating to current and future plans for Ashenbury Park, including proposals to change its status, introduce events, or develop facilities.
2. All ecological surveys, habitat assessments and ecological impact assessments undertaken in relation to Ashenbury Park and the adjacent Aldermoors Nature Reserve, including surveys for:
o Deer
o Bats
o Birds
o Reptiles
o Amphibians
o Badgers
o Invertebrates
o Protected plants
o Any other protected or notable species.
3. Any Appropriate Assessment, Habitats Regulations Assessment, Biodiversity Net Gain assessment, Biodiversity Impact Assessment, or Natural England advice relating to the site.
4. Any surveys or reports relating to:
o Methane gas
o Landfill gas
o Ground contamination
o Soil contamination
o Ground stability
o Flood risk
o Drainage
o Air quality
o Noise
o Light pollution.
5. Any environmental risk assessments concerning the use of Ashenbury Park for events such as funfairs, circuses, festivals, Parkruns, concerts or other large public gatherings.
6. Any assessments of the impact of increased visitor numbers, traffic, parking, lighting or noise on Aldermoors Nature Reserve and its wildlife.
7. Any correspondence (including emails, letters and meeting notes) between Wokingham Borough Council and:
o Natural England
o Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT)
o The Environment Agency
o Ecological consultants
o Wildlife organisations
o Event organisers
regarding Ashenbury Park or Aldermoors Nature Reserve.
8. Minutes, reports, presentations and briefing papers from meetings where the future of Ashenbury Park has been discussed.
9. Any business cases, feasibility studies, options appraisals or cost-benefit analyses relating to changing the use of the park.
10. Any risk assessments covering public safety, environmental impacts, wildlife disturbance or legal compliance.
11. Any complaints, objections or representations received regarding proposals for events or changes to Ashenbury Park.
12. Details of any funding, grants or external financial contributions linked to the proposed changes.
13. Copies of any planning, environmental or legal advice received regarding the proposals.
