I understand as of today (24/07/2026) that 10 flats at carnival pool are sold and 12 are reserved.
1. Are any of the purchasers based outside the UK? If so how many of the 10 flats have been sold to overseas purchasers or companies?
Two purchasers are based outside of the UK.
2. Can you confirm if the flats are being marketed outside the UK? I am told they are being marketed in asia as investment properties which will generate a % return - is this true?
No, the flats are not being marketed outside of the UK.
