1. Would you be able to tell me how many families are waiting for 3 bed in band 3 currently?

2. Also how many of them was housed this year and how long they’ve been waiting for?
Zero families have been allocated a three bedroom property from Band 3 so far this year.
3. Do you know how many 3 bed properties will be available in next few months?
Information not held. Allocations are only advised a property is available when the team receive a nomination request – the timing of this is something we cannot predict. Properties become available when a current tenant passes away; when a current tenant relinquishes their tenancy and returns the keys and / or when a new build development is completed.
