1. The name, job title, direct email address and telephone number of the officer(s) or team responsible for commissioning/sourcing external residential placements for Looked After Children (i.e. the Placements Team, Access to Resources Team, or equivalent commissioning function).
2. Whether your council commissions external residential placements via a Dynamic Purchasing System, Framework Agreement, spot purchase arrangement, or a combination of these, and if so, the name of the relevant system and how a provider can register.
3. Details of any regional commissioning consortium, cooperative, or framework your council participates in for children's residential placements (if applicable).
