Nine Mile Ride planning

1. I have noticed large developments going at the back of Pine Ridge Farm on Nine Mile Ride. Approximate 8 to 10 mobile homes being installed trees coming down at the back of Pine Ridge farm I want to know if this is legal or commission Granted permission has can't find nothing on your web and there is lots of trees being removed on daily basis
WBC are investigating a complaint about new caravans. There is no planning permission for a caravan site at the back of Pineridge, unfortunately this request does not relate to a precise location. Also no tree work application submitted to WBC. The Forestry Commission may also be investigating removal of the trees but this is a decision for them rather than the council.
For future reference reports of breaches of planning regulations should be reported via the Councils website rather than through the submission of a Freedom of Information Request:
