Social value/ responsive repairs contract

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the social value commitments and outcomes of the council’s previous responsive repairs contract (i.e. the contract between council and contractor that carries out responsive repairs on behalf of the local authority in council tenants’ homes). To be clear, this request does not concern the currently active contract, but rather the contract that immediately preceded it. Please provide the following information:
1. Contract Details: The name of the principal contractor, the start and end dates of that previous contract, and its total financial value.
2. Agreed Commitments: A copy of the specific social value targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), or Community Benefit clauses that the contractor legally agreed to deliver at the start of that contract.
3. Monitoring Records: Clarification on how these social value commitments were monitored by the council (e.g. did the contractor use the National TOMs framework, annual review reports, or a specific software portal?).
4. Achieved Outcomes: The final, end-of-contract figures or reports showing exactly what social value was actually achieved and delivered by the contractor against their initial targets.
5. Shortfalls: If the contractor failed to meet any of their agreed social value targets, what enforcement actions, financial remedies, or penalties (if any) were applied by the council?
If there were several contracts running at the same time, please provide details of those.
