Excess heat in council houses

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or Environmental Information Regulations 2004, please provide me with the following information:
1. A list of the council houses owned and managed by this council where category 1 “excess heat” hazards have been identified, but not yet resolved.
• Please provide the date on which the category 1 “excess heat” hazard was originally identified, on each occasion.
2. A list of the council houses owned and managed by this council where category 2 “excess heat” hazards have been identified, but not yet resolved.
• Please provide the date on which the category 2 “excess heat” hazard was identified, on each occasion.
Wokingham Borough Council has no properties where either a Category 1 or Category 2 excess heat hazard has been identified. Therefore, no remedial actions have been required in relation to excess heat hazards within council-owned or managed housing stock.
