I am writing to request the following information held by the Council in relation to the property at 2 The Courtyard, Denmark Street, Wokingham, RG40 2AZ:
1. The date on which this property most recently became unoccupied/vacant for business rates purposes (i.e. the "vacant from" date currently recorded).
2. Whether empty property rate relief is currently being applied to the property and, if so, the date from which it has applied.
If any element of this request is considered exempt — for example because it would identify an individual ratepayer — I would be grateful if you could still provide the remaining information and redact only the exempt parts, rather than withholding the response in full.
