Workplace smoking compliance

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to please request information relating to compliance with workplace smoking regulations within your local authority area. Please provide the following information for the period 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2025:
1. The number of complaints received relating to breaches of smoke-free workplace legislation
2. The number of inspections undertaken in response to such complaints
3. The number of instances where a business was found not to display the required no-smoking signage
4. The number of warnings, improvement notices, or equivalent enforcement actions issued
5. The number and monetary value of Fixed Penalty Notices issued
Where available, please provide a breakdown of the above information per calendar year (e.g. 2023, 2024, and 2025).
