Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the contact details for the personnel responsible for commissioning and brokering residential care placements for adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.
1. Please could you provide the names, job titles, and direct email addresses for the following roles within your Adult Social Care department (or equivalent structure):
• Service Managers
• Lead Commissioners
• Brokerage Managers / Lead Brokerage Officers
If your local authority uses different job titles, please provide the details for the individuals whose core responsibilities most closely match the procurement and commissioning of adult residential care placements for Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.
If you are unable to provide direct, named email addresses for these individuals, please provide the direct departmental inbox that is specifically monitored by the brokerage and commissioning teams for these placement types.
