1. To ensure we are speaking with the most relevant colleagues, I would be grateful if you could provide the names, email address and any other contact details (where appropriate) for those responsible for the following areas within your authority:
- HR Director (or senior HR lead)
- Head of Leisure / Leisure Services
- Leisure Contracts Manager
- Head of Health & Wellbeing (or equivalent)
This will allow us to share relevant insights and examples of how other councils are enhancing community health outcomes, improving facility performance, and delivering successful leisure strategies.
