Under section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I request the following from your authority, covering the most recent 12 months for which data is held:

1. The ten locations (street or road names) where the highest numbers of Penalty Charge Notices were issued, with the number of PCNs issued at each.
The 10 roads where the highest number of PCNs were issued between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026 are as follows (this excludes moving traffic enforcement, which is shown in the response to Question 2).

Moving Traffic contraventions are enforced using cameras at the follow 13 locations. A total of 4,932 PCNs were issued over the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
