I am writing to request information relating to the tree located at 7 Aston Lane Remenham Henley on Thames RG9 3EL. This request is made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, whichever is applicable. Please provide copies of the following information:
1. Any contractor reports, inspection reports, surveys or assessments relating to the tree.
2. Any arboricultural reports or professional opinions obtained regarding the tree.
3. Any risk assessments identifying the tree as a trip hazard, safety hazard or nuisance.
4. Any photographs taken before, during or after the works carried out to the tree.
5. Any records, notes, emails or correspondence between the council and its contractors relating to the decision to cut back, remove or otherwise undertake works to the tree.
6. Any records explaining why the works were considered necessary.
7. Any records of complaints, concerns or reports received regarding the tree.
8. Any planned future works relating to the tree, including any proposal for further cutting back or removal.
9. Copies of any council policies, guidance or procedures relied upon when deciding to carry out the works.
If any part of this request is considered exempt from disclosure, please provide the remaining information and explain the legal basis for withholding any material.
