Major housing development

Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide the following information in relation to the major housing development areas currently listed on the Wokingham Borough Council website.
1. For each development, please provide its current status (e.g. under construction, almost complete, partially completed, completed, or awaiting handover).
For each development that has been completed or is almost complete, please state whether Wokingham Borough Council has received, or been advised of, any affordable rented properties that will be allocated through the housing register.
For those developments, please provide the number of 3-bedroom affordable rented properties that have either:
a) already been handed over and are available for nomination through the housing register; or
b) if held, are expected to be handed over in future.
