Adoption of Princess Marina Drive

I would like to raise an FOI about the adoption of Princess Marina Drive to the council. In particular the adoption of the road from the roundabout by Biggs Lane (with the horses) to Martingale Grove. I have been informed by my councillor Adrian Betteridge that it is waiting on the developers (Crest) to complete the road before adoption. There are no works and haven’t been for the over 3 years. So I am submitting this request to 1) see what works they are waiting to be done 2) communication with crest about chasing up for the works to be carried out (which Adrian assured me was happening)
