I am writing to make a request for environmental information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Please provide the following recorded information:
1. Your written policy and procedure governing the acceptance, handling, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) or products suspected to contain asbestos.
2. The method you recommend for disposal, which could be:
Waste disposal facility.
Council contracted removal.
Self disposal by residents.
