Please provide recorded information held by the council about how it identifies, classifies, prioritises, governs, tracks, or reports data innovation projects.
For this request, “data innovation projects” includes projects involving data, analytics, reporting, dashboards, automation, data platforms, AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, data science, data quality improvement, or business intelligence.

1. Any current framework, policy, guidance, or governance document used to identify, classify, approve, prioritise, monitor, or review data innovation projects.

2. Any project intake form, scoring matrix prioritisation template, business case template, product canvas, discovery template, or project review template used for data innovation projects.

3. Any register, tracker, dashboard, pipeline, backlog, roadmap, or portfolio view used to monito data innovation projects. Please provide the column headings/structure and a blank template or redacted version.

4. Any recorded taxonomy or classification used for data innovation work, such as project type, product type, innovation type, service area, risk level, expected benefit, delivery stage, or maturity level.

5. Any report, board paper, committee paper, slide deck, or summary from the last three financial years that describes how data innovation activity is monitored or reported corporately.
