Please provide recorded information held by the council about how it measures the benefits, value, outcomes, or return on investment of data products.
For this request, “data products” means dashboards, automated reports, analytical models, data pipelines, data platforms, APIs, reporting tools, data quality tools, AI/ML tools, or other reusable data/analytics outputs used to support council decision-making or service delivery.

1. Any current framework, policy, guidance, template, scorecard, benefits log, business case template, or evaluation template used to assess the benefits, value, outcomes, or ROI of data products.

2. Any recorded list of benefit categories or measures used for data products, such as cashable savings, non-cashable time savings, service improvement, risk reduction, compliance, improved data quality, resident outcomes, staff productivity, user adoption, reuse, or decision-making impact.

3. Any dashboard, tracker, register, or reporting template used to monitor expected or realised benefits from data products.

4. Up to three examples from the last three financial years where expected or realised benefits from a data product were recorded. Please provide the relevant extract, template, report, or redacted document showing the benefits recorded.

Applicant contacted to seek clarity on the request and whether a discussion/conversation would be possible, as the questions do not interlink well with the information that we hold.
