1. The total number of complaints received about 'deprivation of assets' decisions, where the council has decided someone deliberately reduced their assets in order to avoid paying care fees. I would like the data broken down for the last five years with a year-end date of 5 April or whichever year-end is most convenient. If you cannot provide data for each of these years, then please provide data for the most recent three years.
