1. A list of all hotel or hotel-use properties that are including any such assets held via subsidiaries, joint ventures, arms-length companies, or investment vehicles. Cantley House Hotel & Premier Inn, Wokingham

o Leased to third-party operators: Both are let on long term leases.
o Otherwise controlled or managed by the Council
