I now make the following narrowed request for the period 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 unless otherwise stated.

1. Please provide the specific record, note, log entry, email, file note, officer note, or other document relied upon for the statement that officers were advised on 13 October 2025 that an application for a caravan site would be submitted.
If full disclosure is not possible, please provide at least:
- the date of the record;
- the department holding it;
- the author and recipient, if applicable; and
- the wording of the relevant passage in redacted form if necessary.

2. Please provide any case chronology, event log, enforcement log, complaint log, or similar record showing key dated entries relating to:
- alleged unauthorised works;
- tree felling;
- proposed caravan or traveller site use;
- site visits;
- officer attendances;
- internal referrals; and
- enforcement milestones
for the relevant land.

3. Please provide a schedule, log, chronology, or metadata-only summary of communications between Wokingham Borough Council and Finchampstead Parish Council relating to:
- Range Road;
- Land South of Valois;
- tree felling;
- site clearance;
- caravan site;
- traveller site;
- planning application 260439; or
- planning application 260577.
Please include, where possible, the date, sender/recipient, and subject matter of each responsive item.

4. Please provide a schedule, log, chronology, or metadata-only summary of communications between Wokingham Borough Council and Councillor Margetts relating to the same subjects listed above.

5. Please provide a schedule, log, chronology, or metadata-only summary of communications between Wokingham Borough Council and residents relating to the same subjects listed above.
Please include, where possible, the date, sender / recipient type or identity where disclosable, and subject matter of each responsive item. If this remains too broad, please limit item 5 to communications with the Parish Clerk, named resident objectors, or resident representatives.

6. Please provide the court name, claim number, order dates, and any disclosable copy of the County Court injunction referred to in your response as having been obtained on 18 March 2026 and extended on 13 April 2026.

If any part of this request is still considered too broad or too burdensome, please treat this as a request for the narrowest disclosable subset of the material held and advise specifically how it should be further refined.
If any material is said to be withheld because of an ongoing investigation, please confirm that expressly and identify whether a schedule, chronology, or metadata-only summary can nevertheless be provided.
If appropriate under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, I am willing to pay a fee for provision of the narrowed information requested, as outlined in your email to me on Thursday 2nd April 2025.
