Traffic, Collision, and Infrastructure Data for White Hill (A4130) between Remenham Lane and Rose Lan

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information regarding the above-named road(s) for the last five calendar years:
1. Collision Data (STATS19): A summary of all recorded road traffic collisions, broken down by date, severity (slight, serious, fatal), and whether vulnerable road users (pedestrians, cyclists) were involved.

2. Traffic and Speed Surveys: The results of any Automatic Traffic Counts (ATC), speed surveys, or traffic volume assessments conducted on this stretch of road. Please include the 85th percentile speeds and average daily traffic volumes
We have two surveys on record on White Hill. The first took place between the 7th and 18th June 2025 and gave the following results:
Eastbound:
• Mean Speed – 35.7mph
• 85th Percentile – 40.9mph
Westbound:
• Mean Speed – 38.8mph
• 85th Percentile – 44.2mph

The second survey took place between the 29th June and 7th July 2025 during the Henley Royal Regatta:

• Mean speed – 31.6mph
• 85th Percentile – 37mph

• Mean Speed – 30mph
• 85th Percentile – 35.8mph

3. Infrastructure Damage by traffic: Records of any maintenance, repairs, or replacements to street furniture along this specific stretch of road caused by traffic, including the date of repair.
Please note that the boundary between Wokingham Borough and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is at grid reference 480181 182710, which is approximately 420 metres west of the junction of A4130 Henley Road and Rose Lane. Any information for the latter section of road would need to be obtained from the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
