1. Pothole/Road Defect reports from the public to WBC for Loddon Bridge Road, Woodley, received between 1st September 2025 and 28th February 2026 with specific location of defects.

Customer reports were made via the Report a Problem feature of the Wokingham Borough website at https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/roads/report. The file has been redacted to remove any personal information.
2. WBC Planned maintenance dates during the same period for highways to repair reported defects on Loddon Bridge Road, Woodley. Dates when decisions were made to repair each defect and dates when the work took place. Include any measurements for potholes/defects before repair work was undertaken and also include date stamped photo's of the defects.

The maintenance orders include minor works orders (“Defects”) and works orders (“Orders”). The file has been redacted to remove any personal information.
