I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the enforcement and misuse of Blue Badges within your authority. Please provide the following information for the most recent 3-year period available (or each year separately if easier):
1. Enforcement Activity
• The total number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued where Blue Badge misuse was identified or suspected
• The number of Blue Badges confiscated due to misuse
• The number of investigations carried out relating to Blue Badge misuse

• The number of cases resulting in:
o Formal warnings
o Fixed penalties
o Prosecutions
• The number of successful prosecutions and any associated fines or penalties
