I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following information relating to your children's social care case management system:
1. The name and supplier of the case management system currently used by your children's social care service (e.g. Liquidlogic, Mosaic, Eclipse, or other).

3. The end date of the current contract, including any extension options (e.g. 5+2 years) and whether extensions have been exercised.

4. The total annual cost of the contract (licence fees, hosting, and support), or if this is commercially sensitive, the approximate annual cost band (e.g. under 100k, 100-200k, 200-300k, 300-500k, over 500k).

5. Whether the council is currently in procurement, planning procurement, or considering a change of case management system for children's social care within the next 24 months.
