Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request information regarding the availability and allocation of social housing within the borough. Please provide the following details:
1. Current Vacancies: As of today's date, how many two-bedroom properties (including Council and Housing Association stock) are currently void (empty) and awaiting allocation?
1 in Sheltered Accommodation for those aged 55+
2. Recent Availability: For the month of April 2026, how many two-bedroom properties have been made available for nomination or allocation so far?
1 in Sheltered Accommodation and 1 for General Needs
3. Waiting List Data: How many households are currently on the housing register specifically waiting for a two-bedroom property, broken down by priority band (e.g., Band 1, Band 2)?
Band 1: 10
Band 2: 32
Band 3: 169
4. Allocations: How many two-bedroom properties were successfully allocated to applicants in the last 30 days?

2. Recent Availability: For the month of April 2026, how many two-bedroom properties have been made available for nomination or allocation so far?
1 in Sheltered Accommodation and 1 for General Needs
From 1st – 13th April 2026, no HRA properties had been made available for nomination
3. Waiting List Data: How many households are currently on the housing register specifically waiting for a two-bedroom property, broken down by priority band (e.g., Band 1, Band 2)?
Band 1: 10
Band 2: 32
Band 3: 169
4. Allocations: How many two-bedroom properties were successfully allocated to applicants in the last 30 days?
