We have been advised by our Planning department that the 212-figure referred to may have been the number of open enforcement investigations we had on hand as of 30 March instead of other notices. As to the notices we issued 166 Planning Contravention Notices last year and 13 Enforcement Notices.
Please can you clarify the information they require and we will do our best to provide it.
