1. Please provide a comprehensive list of all known completed developments within your authority’s area where designated open space was intended to be adopted by the council but has not, to date, been formally adopted.
The Council is only aware of one completed development where the POS has been passed to the Management Company rather than adopted by the Council as agreed in the s106 agreement. There are large number of developments within the borough where the adoption of POS is underway and details of all existing s106 obligations and the latest progress can be accessed through our website here: https://pfm.exacom.co.uk/wokingham/index.php

Please provide the following:
a) Site Name/Address: Land Between Woodcock Lane, Basingstoke Road And Grazeley Road Three Mile Cross Reading (now know as Tabby Drive).
b) Developer Name: Bewley Homes Plc
c) Amount of commuted sum to be paid to facilitate adoption: £35,000 (indexed linked from 25th February 2008).
d) Whether the commuted sum to facilitate adoption has been paid: The commuted sum has not been paid to date.
e) Planning Application Reference(s): O/2007/2268
f) Reasons why the Local Authority have not adopted the open space: Developer transferred the play area to the ManCo in error.
g) Any additional relevant information: The Council are currently attempting to resolve the matter with the developer.
