Please provide the following information covering the period from 1 June 2025 to the present date:
1. The number of staff who have raised informal grievances relating to:
• Bullying by managers
• Unprofessional conduct by managers
2. The number of staff who have raised formal grievances relating to:
• Bullying by managers
• Unprofessional conduct by managers
3. The number of staff who have been signed off work due to work-related stress, where this stress has been attributed to bullying or unprofessional conduct by managers.
4. Of the formal grievances referenced above, please provide:
• The number that have been upheld in full
• The number that have been partially upheld
• The number that are currently under investigation
5. The number of cases related to the above issues that have progressed to an employment tribunal, including those involving claims of unfair dismissal.
If possible, please provide this information in a clear tabular format.
