Trees removed to support new housing
See notes
1. How many trees have been removed in Wokingham borough to support new housing (25/26).
2. How many new trees are being ordered have planted, or plan to be planted, in order to replace them
We do not hold a record of this. All planning applications that require removal of trees will be subject to a Tree and Landscape planning consultation and would require supporting evidence and plans to mitigate the loss.
Enquirers can view all approved planning applications on the WBC planning map: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/d7dbd7abe271468ba132402bbbd0f53b whereby they can review what tree and landscape plans are applicable for each scheme.
The Council does not keep a separate record of these in order to provide the data requested.
