1. Please supply the following information, with regard to Services and Facilities provided by your authority, the numbers of Recorded Incidents where Complaints have been made, where a Transgender Woman (ref's C and D above) with a Gender Recognition Certificate or the Protected Characteristic of Gender Reassignment - i.e. a Transgender (Trans) Woman - has entered or used Services nominally for the use of Women;
a) Toilets for the use of the public, within Public Buildings (other than dwellings)
b) Staff and visitor Toilets or
c) Changing Rooms/Facilities within; Public Buildings (other than dwellings).
There have been no recorded complaints in relation to the questions above in the Civic or satellite offices that Wokingham Borough Council manage in the past twelve months.
