1. Please could you provide any Data Protection Impact Assessments relating to the use of predictive analytics / risk scoring/ risk profiling/ predictions / forecasting within Adult Services and Adult Social Care?
2. Please could you also provide any staff training documents or powerpoint slides or video material relating to the use of these systems and tools?
3. Please could you specify as a list which data sources are used within these predictive systems?
4. I would also like any reviews / efficacy reviews/ reports showing how effective these systems are.
