1. Under the Freedom of Information Act, we are seeking information held by the Council regarding supported living providers operating in the area. Specifically, we would be grateful for confirmation of:
• Whether the Council holds a list of supported living providers operating within the borough: We only hold a list of those we commission. This is available via our website: https://procontract.due-north.com/ContractsRegister/Index?v=2
Those that are regulated by CQC will be listed on the CQC website.
• If so, the name of each provider: As above
• Any associated contact details held by the Council (for example, email address or phone number): Contact details will be available on the organisations' websites.
