Informal and forma staff grievences

Please provide the following information for each of the financial years 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24, and 2024/25:
1. The total number of formal internal grievances raised by staff that included an allegation of bullying or harassment by a colleague or manager.
2. Of those grievances, how many were:
a) Upheld
b) Partially upheld
c) Not upheld
d) Withdrawn or not progressed
3. The number of employees who faced disciplinary action as a result of a bullying or harassment finding.
4. The number of employees who left the organisation (voluntarily or otherwise) during or following a bullying or harassment grievance process.
5. Whether any external or independent investigators were commissioned to handle any bullying or harassment complaints, and if so, at what cost.
6. The number of Employment Tribunal claims lodged against the council that included allegations of bullying or harassment.
If any of this information is held in a format that cannot be readily disaggregated, please provide whatever data is available and indicate what cannot be supplied and why.
