I am currently conducting research into the use of technology within public sector organisations, with a particular focus on Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS). Please could you provide the following information:
1. What software solutions does the Council currently use for CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) or IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems)?
Civica Property Management – IWM system.
If multiple solutions are in use, please list all systems, including any niche, specialist, or secondary solutions.
Property, Reporting, KPI and Admin Advanced Reporting
Data Loading Plant (Core) Condition Survey Asbestos
Helpdesk including Instructions and Invoices Inspections
Estates including Valuations, Acquisitions, Disposals & Billing CAD (core)
GIS Level 1 Contractor Portal Estates Billing API
2. What are the contractual terms for each solution?
Please provide the contract start and end dates. If the contract is annual or rolling, please indicate this and include any renewal terms.
Three year contract 31/08/2025 - 31/08/2028 rolling contract. (90 day notice for cancellation at end of current)
3. What are the Council’s current plans at the end of each contract?
For example, does the Council intend to renew, extend, replace, or re-evaluate the software solution?
The Council intends to renew software, subject to ongoing software support
4. What are the total contract values for each solution?
Please provide annual, monthly, or total lifetime costs, as applicable.

5. Who is responsible for managing the CAFM/IWMS system(s)?
