1. Please provide me with a complete copy of your current House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licensing Register, including all mandatory and additional licensed properties. For each entry, please include:
• Full property address
• Licence reference number
• Licence issue date and expiry date
• Number of units/rooms
• Maximum number of permitted occupants
• Name and address of the licence holder/landlord
• Type of licence (mandatory/additional/selective)
I understand this data is available for public inspection under Section 232 of the Housing Act 2004, and would be grateful if you could provide it electronically.
