As at the most recent available date (preferably the current financial year 2025/26 or as at 31 March 2025 if easier), please confirm:
1. What percentage of domestic council tax accounts in your authority area are currently liable to pay for the full 100% council tax charge, with no discount, exemption, or Council Tax Reduction (CTR) applied?
Please provide the answer as a single percentage figure only. I am not requesting any breakdowns, personal data, or supporting information.
