Please provide the following information for each of the calendar years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025:
1. The total number of data security incidents or personal data breaches that were logged internally by the Council (i.e. recorded in your internal incident management or breach log), regardless of whether they were subsequently reported to any external body.

2022/23: 1
2023/24: 0
2024/25: 0 or 1 depending on how this should be interpreted. See above link for more details in SIRO report. If purely Council then 0, if includes suppliers and contractors then 1.
2025/26: Future publication. Information will be available in the Councils SIRO report.
