1. Can you send me a list of care homes which are under sanction from yourselves.

The Care Quality Provider Cautions List contains information that could cause significant commercial, reputational, and service delivery impact due to the nature of information. Disclosure of such assessments outside the appropriate governance framework could damage a provider’s commercial viability, even when issues are being actively addressed.
