We have a ban on drones and model planes on all of our CountryPark sites with event managers wishing to use drones needing to supply a Risk assessment and comply with the CAA guidelines to get permission first .
No bylaws as such from our perspective but the CAA ( Civil Aviation Authority) does have strict laws regards to size of drones, camera use height limits and distances from the public when in use which does pretty much restrict their use on public open spaces without permissions.
