Please provide the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in relation to Maiden Erlegh School – Indigo Resource Unit:
1. The published capacity and funded capacity of the unit for each academic year from 2022/23 to 2025/26.
2. The actual number of pupils on roll in each of those years.
3. The maximum number of pupils accommodated at any time in the same period.
4. The number of applications/referrals for a placement at the unit in the same period.
5. The number of applications/referrals refused due to lack of capacity since September 2022.
6. Details of any temporary or permanent expansion, over-admission, or additional staffing arrangements since 2022.
7. Records of any requests from other local authorities for additional places and your responses since September 2022.
8. Records of any Emergency placements or use of contingency places since September 2022
9. Records of how many places were provided to out of Borough residents since Sep 2022
10. Records of Top-up funding received,Cross-border funding,Exceptional needs funding, Requests for extra funding in relation to placement at Indigo since Sep 2022
11. Records of number of appeals at SEND tribunal for Indigo Resource Unit and how many were successful since Sep 2022
12. Records of any previous capacity assessment for the unit since Sep 2022
13. Any policies, guidance, or internal criteria used to determine when the unit is “full”.
